How many people does the conference room at Zebra Tower hold?
The room measures 100 m² and holds 80 people theatre-style and 100 people at a standing reception. In a U-shape layout and at working tables we plan for 30–50 seats, depending on how much space needs to be left for gangways and equipment.
Do guests have to be registered at the building reception?
No. There are no entry checks and no visitor badges on the ground floor of Zebra Tower. Participants walk straight into the lift and ride up to the 12th floor. It is one of the reasons clients most often give for coming back.
Which floor is the room on?
On the 12th floor. The lift goes directly to level 12 — there is no need to change lifts or look for stairs. The mezzanine above the room is on level 13, but you reach it by an internal staircase from inside our own space.
How does the workshop room differ from the conference room?
The workshop room measures 40 m², holds up to 15 people and has neither a boardroom table nor rows of chairs — there are sako beanbags, a hammock and low seating. It works well for workshops and for work in small groups. The conference room is a classic setting for a presentation to a larger audience.
Is it possible to work on the beanbags for four hours?
Yes, and that is precisely the point of this room — working on sako beanbags is genuinely comfortable. They support the back differently from a chair, so the group does not stiffen up after an hour. If anyone prefers something more conventional, we bring chairs in — usually a handful, and the spare ones are kept right next to the room, so they can be carried in at any moment. There is also low seating and a place by the window for working while standing.
How much does it cost to hire a conference room in Warsaw at Mokotowska?
A four-hour block in the conference room costs PLN 3,500 net regardless of the number of guests. The eight-hour block depends on the size of the group: PLN 4,000 net for up to 30 people, PLN 4,400 net for up to 40 people and PLN 5,000 net above 50 people. The workshop room costs PLN 1,500 net for four hours and PLN 2,500 net for eight hours. You can price every variant in the calculator on the pricing page.
Can both rooms be hired at once?
Yes, and it is the most common arrangement for full-day sessions. Both rooms are on the same floor, so the group moves between them in a matter of seconds. We quote for the pair individually — the quickest way is the form at the bottom of this page.
What equipment is in the conference room?
The conference room has an LED screen, a sound system with a microphone for the speaker, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The sound system is portable rather than built into the room — we set it up wherever the speaker will stand. The workshop room has flip charts and Wi-Fi. Equipment is included in the hire price — we do not charge for it separately. If you need something that is not on this list, say so in the form and we will confirm what can be arranged.
Can the windows in the room be opened?
Yes, and in an office tower that is rare — in most high-rise buildings the windows are sealed, which leaves the room entirely dependent on air conditioning. Ours open, so the room gets properly aired: during the coffee break or between blocks. With a group of eighty people, two hours in, that makes more difference than any air-conditioning setting. Air conditioning is there too — it simply is not the only option.
How do I book a conference room in Warsaw?
You can work out a rough figure yourself in seconds — pick the room, the length of the block and the number of guests in the calculator on the pricing page. To hold a date, write through the form at the bottom of this page or on WhatsApp: we need the date, the hours and a rough headcount. We reply with a quote and confirm whether the date is free, and we hold a free date for you for 48 hours — with nothing to pay yet. Once you confirm, we send a pro forma invoice for the room; catering and any other services are invoiced separately. Everything works on prepayment, so there is no paperwork left on the day of the event.
How do I get to Zebra Tower?
Mokotowska 1 in Warsaw, in the Śródmieście district. The entrance is 10 metres from the Politechnika metro exit — you only need the right staircase: follow the signs for Waryńskiego, then turn left as you come up to street level. The underground car park in the building is not available to guests — the streets around Mokotowska are covered by the paid city parking zone. Most participants come by metro anyway.
Do you provide catering?
Yes, we work with WE Catering — PLN 136 net per person for an eight-hour day: a coffee break served throughout the day and a two-course lunch, plus waiting staff. Food is served in the lounge area, so the group never leaves the floor. The rules on waiting staff, outside catering and kitchen access without ordering food are set out in full on the pricing page.
Is filming allowed in the room?
Yes. The panorama from the 12th floor takes in the Palace of Culture, Złota 44, the National Stadium and Pola Mokotowskie park, so the shot is ready without building a set. The room is regularly used for interviews, corporate films and press breakfasts. Video shoots and productions are priced differently from meetings: the room is charged at double the rate and we add PLN 35 net per person for use of the kitchen, with the final figure agreed individually, because it depends on the size of the crew and how much floor space the gear takes up.
