Conference room Warsaw at Zebra Tower

Our conference room Warsaw is 100 m² of glazed space on the 12th floor of the Zebra Tower office building at Mokotowska 1, 10 metres from the Politechnika metro exit. It seats 80 people theatre-style and 100 for a standing reception, and right next door, on the very same floor, there is a workshop room with sako beanbags and a hammock. Guests take the lift straight up to the floor — no reception desk, no registration, no visitor badges.

The calculator gives you a figure straight away — no waiting for a quote by email. You can also go to the full price table.

Why Mokotowska 1

Four things you will not find anywhere else in Śródmieście

Hiring a room usually comes down to a list of square metres and equipment. Here the decision rests on three details that clients only ask about after their first event — and that are the reason they come back.

01

Entry without a reception desk

There are no entry checks downstairs and no visitor badges to collect. Participants walk straight into the lift and ride up to the 12th floor. With a group of forty that saves a quarter of an hour, and the session starts on time.

02

A panorama as your backdrop

The Palace of Culture, Złota 44, the National Stadium and Pola Mokotowskie park in a single frame. The room works for video shoots, interviews and press breakfasts without building any set.

03

Two rooms, one floor

A large room for the presentation and a small workshop room for group work — side by side. The group does not move between buildings or floors, so the break lasts exactly as long as it should.

04

Windows that actually open

In office towers the windows are usually sealed and the room depends entirely on air conditioning. Here they open — we air the room during the coffee break. With eighty people, two hours in, you feel that more than any air-conditioning setting.

Rooms

One is formal, the other loosens people up. They can be hired separately or together, as a set for the whole day.

Glazed on two sides, with daylight all day long and standard office blinds to dim the room during a presentation. Theatre style, U-shape, horseshoe or one long table — we rearrange the furniture to match your agenda. The windows open, so the room can be aired — a rarity in an office tower. The LED screen and the sound system are already in place.

No boardroom table and no rows of chairs. Sako beanbags, a hammock, low seating and the same view over the city. People say more here than in a room set up for a presentation — which is why it works so well for workshops, brainstorming and the creative part of the day.

Workshop room Warsaw — sako beanbags on the 12th floor

Workshop room Warsaw may sound like a smaller conference room, but it is an entirely different space. Ours measures 40 m², holds up to 15 people and contains neither a boardroom table nor rows of chairs.

Why it works better than a table

People in a relaxed posture say more. The same exercise runs sluggishly at a boardroom table, yet on the beanbags it gets going within five minutes. That is why the afternoon part of a corporate training session takes place here rather than in the room set up for a presentation.

It also offers the same view over the city as the large room — Pola Mokotowskie park, the Palace of Culture and Złota 44.

How the day runs

A training day at Zebra Tower — from the presentation to the beanbags

This is the arrangement our clients book most often. You do not have to request it separately — it follows naturally from having both rooms on one floor.

Everyone together in the large room

Theatre-style seating, the LED screen, the speaker on a microphone. A group of up to 80 people, daylight and the city panorama behind the speaker.

A coffee break catered by WE Catering — Zebra Tower, Mokotowska 1 12:00 — 13:00

A break in the lounge area

Lunch and coffee by WE Catering from PLN 136 net per person. Nobody leaves the building and nobody gets lost on the way back.

Group work on sako beanbags — the afternoon part of a training day 13:00 — 17:00

Smaller teams move over to the workshop room. Changing the place and the posture turns the afternoon into a different part of the day rather than a continuation of the morning.

Formats

What takes place at Mokotowska 1

Corporate training

The most frequent format. A full day, both rooms, catering and breaks in the lounge. Groups of 15 to 80 people.

Conferences and presentations

Theatre-style seating, LED screen, portable sound system. Guests are registered at the door of the room, not downstairs in the lobby.

Workshops and brainstorming

The workshop room, sako beanbags, flip charts. Intimate, up to 15 people, with no formal layout.

Press breakfasts

A bright interior, a high ceiling and the panorama behind — good conditions for cameras and photographers.

Filming and interviews

The view of the Palace of Culture and Złota 44 is a ready-made set. The floor is quiet outside peak hours.

Closed-door meetings

No reception desk downstairs and a floor of our own. Whoever is meant to come simply comes — no lists, no registration, no badges.

Film set

Filming and photography on the 12th floor of Zebra Tower

Before we became a room that film crews hire, we were simply a floor that can be rearranged and entered at three in the morning. Both turned out to matter more than the floor area.

A drama series — the room as a restaurant

We moved the furniture, dimmed the windows and brought in candles. On screen it read as dinner in a restaurant. In reality it was the same room that had hosted training for forty people a week earlier.

A lift we do not actually have

The crew brought their own lift set and built it on site. It fitted because the space is open and there are no partitions halfway across the floor.

A commercial with a sunrise

We waited all night. The crew arrived in the evening, set up their equipment and stayed until dawn to catch the moment the sun rises behind the city. From the 12th floor there is nothing in the way.

A corporate office scene

Photocopying, open-plan desks, people at work. Zebra Tower genuinely is an office building, so nothing had to be faked beyond the plot itself.

Drone footage

A panorama of the Śródmieście district from the height of the 12th floor, unobstructed on the window side. Drone material cuts together with interior shots without changing location.

Access at any hour

Filming rarely fits into office hours. Here the schedule is arranged freely — Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. as standard, with evenings, weekends and several consecutive days available by arrangement.

FAQ

Questions about the room at Zebra Tower

How many people does the conference room at Zebra Tower hold?

The room measures 100 m² and holds 80 people theatre-style and 100 people at a standing reception. In a U-shape layout and at working tables we plan for 30–50 seats, depending on how much space needs to be left for gangways and equipment.

Do guests have to be registered at the building reception?

No. There are no entry checks and no visitor badges on the ground floor of Zebra Tower. Participants walk straight into the lift and ride up to the 12th floor. It is one of the reasons clients most often give for coming back.

Which floor is the room on?

On the 12th floor. The lift goes directly to level 12 — there is no need to change lifts or look for stairs. The mezzanine above the room is on level 13, but you reach it by an internal staircase from inside our own space.

How does the workshop room differ from the conference room?

The workshop room measures 40 m², holds up to 15 people and has neither a boardroom table nor rows of chairs — there are sako beanbags, a hammock and low seating. It works well for workshops and for work in small groups. The conference room is a classic setting for a presentation to a larger audience.

Is it possible to work on the beanbags for four hours?

Yes, and that is precisely the point of this room — working on sako beanbags is genuinely comfortable. They support the back differently from a chair, so the group does not stiffen up after an hour. If anyone prefers something more conventional, we bring chairs in — usually a handful, and the spare ones are kept right next to the room, so they can be carried in at any moment. There is also low seating and a place by the window for working while standing.

How much does it cost to hire a conference room in Warsaw at Mokotowska?

A four-hour block in the conference room costs PLN 3,500 net regardless of the number of guests. The eight-hour block depends on the size of the group: PLN 4,000 net for up to 30 people, PLN 4,400 net for up to 40 people and PLN 5,000 net above 50 people. The workshop room costs PLN 1,500 net for four hours and PLN 2,500 net for eight hours. You can price every variant in the calculator on the pricing page.

Can both rooms be hired at once?

Yes, and it is the most common arrangement for full-day sessions. Both rooms are on the same floor, so the group moves between them in a matter of seconds. We quote for the pair individually — the quickest way is the form at the bottom of this page.

What equipment is in the conference room?

The conference room has an LED screen, a sound system with a microphone for the speaker, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The sound system is portable rather than built into the room — we set it up wherever the speaker will stand. The workshop room has flip charts and Wi-Fi. Equipment is included in the hire price — we do not charge for it separately. If you need something that is not on this list, say so in the form and we will confirm what can be arranged.

Can the windows in the room be opened?

Yes, and in an office tower that is rare — in most high-rise buildings the windows are sealed, which leaves the room entirely dependent on air conditioning. Ours open, so the room gets properly aired: during the coffee break or between blocks. With a group of eighty people, two hours in, that makes more difference than any air-conditioning setting. Air conditioning is there too — it simply is not the only option.

How do I book a conference room in Warsaw?

You can work out a rough figure yourself in seconds — pick the room, the length of the block and the number of guests in the calculator on the pricing page. To hold a date, write through the form at the bottom of this page or on WhatsApp: we need the date, the hours and a rough headcount. We reply with a quote and confirm whether the date is free, and we hold a free date for you for 48 hours — with nothing to pay yet. Once you confirm, we send a pro forma invoice for the room; catering and any other services are invoiced separately. Everything works on prepayment, so there is no paperwork left on the day of the event.

How do I get to Zebra Tower?

Mokotowska 1 in Warsaw, in the Śródmieście district. The entrance is 10 metres from the Politechnika metro exit — you only need the right staircase: follow the signs for Waryńskiego, then turn left as you come up to street level. The underground car park in the building is not available to guests — the streets around Mokotowska are covered by the paid city parking zone. Most participants come by metro anyway.

Do you provide catering?

Yes, we work with WE Catering — PLN 136 net per person for an eight-hour day: a coffee break served throughout the day and a two-course lunch, plus waiting staff. Food is served in the lounge area, so the group never leaves the floor. The rules on waiting staff, outside catering and kitchen access without ordering food are set out in full on the pricing page.

Is filming allowed in the room?

Yes. The panorama from the 12th floor takes in the Palace of Culture, Złota 44, the National Stadium and Pola Mokotowskie park, so the shot is ready without building a set. The room is regularly used for interviews, corporate films and press breakfasts. Video shoots and productions are priced differently from meetings: the room is charged at double the rate and we add PLN 35 net per person for use of the kitchen, with the final figure agreed individually, because it depends on the size of the crew and how much floor space the gear takes up.
